My retailer's electricity account is under my name, but SP bill is under another family member's name. Which do I use?

You should sign up with us using your household's SP account holder's name. The name should match the name indicated on your household's SP account. Please upload your latest electricity bill from your existing electricity retailer during your sign-up process with Senoko Energy.

What is e-billing? Can I opt to receive a paper bill?

To encourage customers to use e-billing and contribute to climate-friendly action, you will be notified of your monthly bill and payment due date via email. You can also login to your online account to get an overview of your bills and outstanding balance.

If you would like a hardcopy bill, a charge of $1.64 (inclusive of GST) per monthly paper bill will apply. The paper bill fee comprises of the cost of printing and postage, and this fee will appear under "Other Charges" on the second page of your monthly bill. Please let us know if you would like to opt for a paper bill here.

If I am switching from another retailer/SP Group, is the GIRO payment that I have been using to pay for all my utilities still valid?
