    About the Role

    We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to support the development and execution of sustainability focused marketing initiatives. This internship provides hands on exposure to campaign development, creative content generation, sustainability storytelling, and industry engagement. The intern will have opportunities to collaborate with global and boutique creative agencies, contribute to award winning sustainability campaigns, and gain practical experience in promoting environmental responsibility through strategic marketing.

    The role will additionally involve supporting the organization’s sustainability reporting efforts through research, content preparation, and stakeholder engagement.


    Key Responsibilities

    As part of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues, creative partners, and sustainability stakeholders to:

    • Sustainability Campaigns
      • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to conceptualize, develop, and execute sustainability focused marketing campaigns.
      • Conduct market and trend research on global sustainability themes, consumer behaviours, and industry best practices to shape campaign strategies.
      • Support content development for social media, digital platforms, blog articles, and multimedia assets aligned with sustainability messaging.
      • Assist in producing compelling visual content including graphics, videos, and infographics to elevate campaign engagement.
    • Campaign Performance & Analytics
      • Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytical tools and generate insights for optimisation.
    • Sustainability Reporting
      • Support the preparation of sustainability report materials, including data collection, benchmarking, and narrative drafting.
      • Assist in compiling environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives for internal and external reporting.
      • Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather relevant sustainability data and success stories.
      • Support development of visual storytelling materials (charts, highlights, infographic style content) for reporting publications.
    • Industry Engagement
      • Participate in industry events and marketing award ceremonies where sustainability campaigns will be shown.
    Requirements
    Academic Background
    • Undergraduate student in:
      • Marketing
      • Communications
      • Journalism
    Technical Skills
    • Experience or Familiarity with:
      • Digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content creation, and analytics (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, SiteCore). Training will be provided.
