Manual reading of utilities meters, including electricity, has been suspended by SP Services till 1st June 2020. As such, your April/May bill will be estimated based on your previous consumption if you do not have an advanced electricity meter (AMI). The difference will be adjusted in subsequent bills.
For a more accurate reading of your electricity usage, you may submit a picture of your own meter reading via WhatsApp to +65 8482 8636 from Monday - Friday, before 5PM.
For your safety, customers who are currently paying their bills via cheque or in-person at AXS machines are strongly encouraged to consider one of your following e-payment methods.
Pay your bills online with your bank card. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted.
Scan the SGQR code displayed at the bottom of your Senoko Energy bill to pay.
Set up “Recurring Payment” with your credit/debit card so that your electricity bills will be paid easily and automatically.
