Phases of the Open Electricity Market (OEM)

The market will be liberalised in 2 phases.
Each time, be assured that there will be no interruption to your electricity supply.


April 2018: Jurong Soft Launch

This phase involves households in Jurong with postal codes starting with 60, 61, 62, 63 and 64. Residents in this area can expect to receive an information package from EMA in their mailboxes.

2nd Half of 2018: Islandwide

OEM will be extended to the rest of households islandwide.​​​
