I'm currently with another retailer. How can I switch to Senoko Energy?

Switch to Senoko Energy as early as 4 months before your current contract with your retailer ends!

You can sign up online in 5 minutes. Simply choose a plan, upload your latest electricity bill from your previous retailer, and indicate your preferred contract start date with Senoko Energy.

My retailer's electricity account is under my name, but SP bill is under another family member's name. Which do I use?

You should sign up with us using your household's SP account holder's name. The name should match the name indicated on your household's SP account. Please upload your latest electricity bill from your existing electricity retailer during your sign-up process with Senoko Energy.

Tip: The account holder's name on your latest electricity bill from your previous electricity retailer should match your household's SP account holder. If you are unsure, you may refer to your SP water bill to confirm your household's SP account holder.

How do I sign up with your bank promotions?

What is e-billing? Can I opt to receive a paper bill?
To encourage customers to use e-billing and contribute to climate-friendly action, you will be notified of your monthly bill and payment due date via email. You can also login to your online account to get an overview of your bills and outstanding balance.

If you would like a hardcopy bill, a charge of $1.605 (inclusive of GST) per monthly paper bill will apply. The paper bill fee comprises of the cost of printing and postage, and this fee will appear under "Other Charges" on the second page of your monthly bill. Please let us know if you would like to opt for a paper bill here.

Where can I find the standard terms and conditions in my price plan?
You may view our residential standard terms and conditions here. These T&Cs, as well as a fact sheet about your chosen electricity plan will be presented to you during your sign-up process, and will be emailed/mailed to you once your contract with Senoko Energy begins.

If I am switching from another retailer/SP Group, is the GIRO payment that I have been using to pay for all my utilities still valid?
With Senoko Energy, you will need to set up a new GIRO payment using your Senoko Energy Account number. You may download our GIRO form here
